BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS

RESERVATION

To reserve a boat on the desired date, the client must first check availability and deposit 50% of the total reservation value.

The remaining rental balance must be paid no later than the day of the reservation, before check-in, either in cash or by credit/debit card.

CANCELLATIONS

• 100% refund of the deposit if you cancel more than 1 month before the embarkation date.
• 50% refund of the deposit if you cancel between 10 days and 1 month before the rental date.
• No refund will be issued if you cancel less than 10 days before the embarkation date. However, you will be offered an alternative date, subject to availability.

Keep a positive attitude even in bad weather!

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation for your safety due to adverse weather conditions. In such a case, you may reschedule your reservation for another date. If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid.
